Our Team - Leslie H. Ray, CA

Leslie joined Hobb & Company in October 2006 as a Client Service Manager. She possesses a wide variety of experience in the areas of general accounting and tax, especially with owner-managed companies. She enjoys working with clients and playing a role in helping them to improve the efficiencies and procedures related to their businesses.

Leslie was previously a partner in a smaller accounting firm and has also gained experience working with the local Municipal Government. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and achieved her CA designation in 1990. She also completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course in 1997.

Leslie has been treasurer of the Central Ontario CA Association, a member of the advisory boards of Northview Community Centre and Grandview Speech and Language Committee. Being in a public practice allows Leslie many opportunities to give back to her community through volunteer activities.

Leslie has four children and enjoys hiking, gardening and swimming.
