Leslie draws upon over 25 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, quality assurance and human resources. She has had the opportunity to work in senior leadership positions for excellent employers such as: Honda of Canada Manufacturing, Magna International – Rimply, Fisher Controls and Kerry’s Place Autism Services.

Her expertise complements the skill set of the Hobb team, helping to round out an already deep and well experienced talent pool.

Leslie is a graduate of the Department of Systems Design, Faculty of Engineering, at the University of Waterloo. She is a professional engineer and a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.

Leslie has two children. In her free time she runs, skis, swims, knits and reads. She is an active participant in her community, enjoying volunteer work with sports teams, the Canadian Cancer Society and Kerry’s Place Autism Services.
