Peter has a passion for helping people to work better together. He is able draw upon a career that spans over 20 years in corporate life and another 15 years advising organizations on how to be more effective.

Peter has extensive experience working with clients in the public sector, private sector, and in the NFP/voluntary sector. Areas of expertise include: Strategic Planning, Organization Development, and Human Resource Management, with a focus on workplace and community mediation and conflict resolution.

He earned an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies at the University of Waterloo, and an MBA from York University. Peter is also a graduate of the Certificate Program in Conflict Management & Mediation at the Centre for Peace & Conflict Studies, University of Waterloo.

Peter is a Qualified Mediator, accredited by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO). He is also a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association, and received his CHRP designation in 1990.

Peter's involvement in the community includes: the Board of Directors of Durham Children's Aid Society, as a volunteer mediator with Community Justice Alternatives Durham, and as a member of the Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise.
